All the carers were supportive, empathy and professional. They were a great comfort to me as well as looking after my husband so well.
I know it is difficult- but arrangements made an the day left me a bit 'panicky' at times and better communication between agencies would help this.
Friendly, welcoming, warm and informative. I was sorry when it came to an end.
Can't think of any negatives.
Very good care and advice anything he has asked for has been answered.
Have a bereavement counselling to date.
Very appreciative of the service!
Main feedback is that probably having a plan of sessions/ areas to be covered at beginning would help.
Also counsellor used to ask "did I feel I needed any more sessions" which had effect of me feeling some how unentitled! I know it wasn't meant this way that's whey a plan at the beginning would have been more structured and useful. Otherwise so grateful for help.
They are all wonderful care, amazing care can't think of anything to be improved.
Recommend it to anyone.
I did not think anything can be improved, I found all the staff kind and caring. I could talk to any of the staff openly and all the staff had a smile.
It is more like friends than staff.
Everything was fine.
The staff were great and very informative - answering any questions we asked.
Emme has a special interest in my husband Stuart Wilshere. She is very caring and listens to his problems.
I look forward to his problems.
I look forward to her visits.
I came for Art Therapy which I found very relaxing and enjoyable but with the added benefit that we could sit and chat about things without embarrassment or having to think too hard on what I was saying, while drawing. Very pleasant but also very helpful. Thank you.
